The assessments, interviews, discussions, and personal exercises were well designed for the Retreat’s discover-discern-decide purpose, and each session brought me fresh, and even surprising, insights. I really appreciated Stefanie’s wisdom, experience and professional counsel during the three days. And I left Sedona with a specific action plan, which has proved to be positive and productive. I gained both a useful set of tools and a greater perspective for handling whatever work and career challenges come my way in the future.
